Eleanor is an Associate, Equity Research for SCP Resource Finance. Prior to joining SCP, and as a professional engineer with six years of experience in underground gold and base metal mining, Eleanor worked as the lead mine systems engineer at Glencore Sudbury INO's Fraser mine, with responsibility for long-range planning, ventilation, dewatering, backfill and compressed air systems. Prior to that, Eleanor gained experienced in short-range planning and design at Pan American Silver’s (Tahoe Resources) Timmins West mine, and construction at Kirkland Lake’s (St. Andrew Goldfields) Holt mine. Eleanor holds a BEng. in Mining from Laurentian University (Honours, Magna Cum Laude) and both a BSc. (Hons.) and MSc. in Chemistry from the University of Western Ontario.
